Thomas J. Tripp

Mr.
Tripp received a Masters in Taxation from the University of Missouri Kansas
City and a BS degree in Accounting and Business from the University of
Kansas. Mr. Tripp is a tax professional
with 17+ year’s experience in industry and public accounting. While working in these areas Mr. Tripp was
responsible for federal and state compliance, planning, audit, research and
effectively implemented numerous tax saving strategies. Mr. Tripp has prepared numerous cost segregation
studies for Fortune 500 companies. He
has over seven years experience in preparing cost segregation studies and/or
maximizing fixed asset classifications to tangible personal property for ITC
purposes. Mr. Tripp has over 6 years
“on-site” experience at plan reading, material takeoff and estimating
commercial construction projects. Mr.
Tripp has additional experience related to §467 tax exempt bond funding on
various facilities. Mr. Tripp earned
his CPA designation in Texas and is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and
serves on the Texas Society of CPA’s Taxation Committee.
Stephen G. Bilello
After
receiving a BS degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University, Mr. Bilello
joined the international accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick as an auditor.
Working on both audit and tax engagements, Mr. Bilello began to specialize in
federal and state taxation and became a Tax Manager with the firm. Mr. Bilello left public accounting and held
the top management position in tax for several publicly traded national and
international companies in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and service
industries. While working for Frito Lay
Mr. Bilello worked with Arthur Anderson and KPMG in cost segregation studies
for plants and distribution centers. Mr.
Bilello earned his CPA designation in Texas and is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Louisiana Society of
CPAs.
Patrick Thomas
Mr.
Thomas received a BS in Accounting from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. Mr. Thomas has 6 years of tax experience
working in private industry. He has
worked in retail/leasing, dining, and entertainment industries. Mr. Thomas developed federal and state tax
positions reducing current tax liabilities and saving tax attributes. While working for Cinemark USA, Inc. Mr.
Thomas completed cost segregation studies for state of the art multi-screen
movie theatres. Mr. Thomas has
conditioned for two parts of the CPA Exam in Texas.
Karen Pope
Mrs. Pope has a Hardware Networking Certificate from Kaplan College. Mrs. Pope has managed consulting engagements for local companies. She performed data management and IT functions in various industries. Mrs. Pope has extensive experience in analyzing construction schedules of values for cost segregation analysis.
Don K. Bulloch, Engineer
Mr.
Bulloch received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M
University. Mr. Bulloch has more than
20 years of construction project management for local and national
companies. He performed estimating,
subcontract management, purchasing, design impact analysis and value
engineering cost proposals in various industries. Mr. Bulloch is a Texas registered Professional Engineer.
